Aerosky was founded and being managed by a dedicated professional with a wide range of experience in manufacturing, product development and programme management. Also the management is being effectively mentored by consultants with vast expertise encompassing the entire gamut of Aerospace product life cycle.

Shanmugam. M – Managing Director
Shanmugam is a Mechanical Engineer by education and highly committed and passionate professional. Comes with over 23 years of experience in the field of precision manufacturing and product development for aerospace, automobile and Medical sectors. He is well versed in the core operational areas such as lean manufacturing, process development, production Planning & control, advanced tooling, business development and human resources management.
Shanmugam served in Maini Precision Products Limited, Suretec Precision Ltd, and Vijaya Auto Products in various capacities. He subsequently served in Indo-US MIM Tec Pvt Ltd wherein he headed of Manufacturing & Planning of Aerospace products group and played key role in achieving 99.5% On Time Delivery and increase of productivity from 81% to 92% .
Awarded Production Excellence and Best Performance (Productivity) in 2013. His urge to become an entrepreneur and contribute towards ‘Make in India’ initiative of the Govt of India has prompted him to establish Aerosky system Pvt Ltd.
